As she encouraged people to do, I'm going to snag and personalize it for myself. I think her format is definitely a keeper! - go thrifting
- watch a TV show/movie
- journal/blog
- singing/listening to related music
- talk to someone I trust to listen without judging, even if that's my cat/dog/turtle/teddybear
- create/perform a ritual or ceremony
- consult tarot, oracle, runes, etc.
- consult books, sacred texts, even google, on the topic
- draw/collage/make art
- write poetry/fiction/a letter
- phone/Skype a friend
- support group
- partner/family time
